XBITU Terms and Conditions Welcome to XBITU! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of XBITU and provide information about the XBITU service, outlined below. Services Provided XBITU provides digital asset management services including but not limited to cryptocurrency trading, secure asset storage, and financial services relating to digital assets. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and any other applicable laws and regulations. 2. Eligibility To use the XBITU services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law. By using XBITU, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and that you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations pertaining to digital asset transactions. 3. Account Creation and Maintenance Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Account Security: You agree to notify XBITU immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. XBITU will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge. KYC Data: As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, we collect and verify personal information through Sumsub, a third-party service provider. Sum and Substance Ltd (UK) is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and supports 256-bit TLS encryption on every device. The management and preservation of your data are conducted in compliance with international laws to ensure your privacy and data protection. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All content included on XBITU, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of XBITU or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 5. Use of Services You agree to use XBITU services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not: Use the service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. Transmit any materials that are illegal, harmful, or offensive to our platform. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service or network connected to XBITU. 6. Fees and Payments XBITU reserves the right to charge fees for certain services.
